About Main St. Deli & Eatery
Main St. Deli has been a Park City staple for more than 30 years. Previously run by Mike and Barb Lindbloom, the deli has always been a favorite to locals & visitors alike. When Mike & Barb decided to retire in late 2017, locals Grace McGowan & Katie Babcock stepped in to continue the legacy.
Originally from Virginia, Grace fell in love with Utah when visiting her brother who was living in the area, 6 years ago. Two days into her visit, she made the decision to move out west permanently & make Park City her home. Grace has worked in many of Park City's favorite restaurants including Windy Ridge Bakery, Riverhorse on Main, Riverhorse Provisions, & High West Distillery. She is looking forward to getting to know everyone in the community and providing a comfortable, inviting space for people to gather & share tasty meals.
Katie was introduced to Park City by family several years ago, and in 2015 made the move from Brooklyn, NY to Utah. With 10+ years in the restaurant industry, Katie has experience in many different cuisines & service styles but has always loved the approachability of casual dining. Having grown up in NY where there is a deli practically on every corner, she is looking forward to bringing her influence to this Park City mainstay.
Grace & Katie met while working at High West in 2015 and are excited to be working together again on their own project. They both appreciate the need for quick, affordable food on Main St., and plan to keep the deli a casual, inviting space where people can gather for a delicious meal without breaking the bank.
The new deli menu features breakfast staples, gourmet sandwiches, house-made soups and sides, as well as a full salad bar. The deli is currently open 8:00am-3:00pm during the week and 8:00am-4:00pm on weekends.
